The purpose of the H.E.L.P. Scholarship Foundation is to support the Christian education programs in the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod and Evangelical Lutheran Synod schools by granting tuition tax credit scholarships to the students attending these schools. We are able to do this by participating in Arizona’s tuition tax credit program.
